Ttttired Thursday!

Last evening had an International Law test...so many different things to take into consideration and who's having jurisdiction over whom. :/

After the test I took Johan and Jens to John Bull English Pub, where it was a karaoke night. We stayed there for an hour and then we went to the next place, Island Jacks!

Island Jacks is where they have the world famous hot body contest! We arrived early, chatted with several people!

I told people so many different things such as, I'm one of the best pick up artists in Sweden, let me clarify it; in of the best from The Great Kingdom of Sweden! Also, I said I was pro on tour, it was pretty funny. Told people J&J were my body guards and that I was a part of a Russian mob. Haha well it was really fun.

After a few hours, around 1.30am they world famous hot body contest took place! All I can say that it got crazy with dancing girls on the bar! Everything that happens at Island Jacks stays at Island Jacks as the speaker said!

However, arrived home by 3 am. Had a few hours of sleep, then I went on a field trip to some park at the northern part of Singer Island. We saw lots of Banana Spiders! Trees, fishes, and took some samples of the soils in the area! We had the privilege to have a guided tour with Art, one of the Service Men who works at the park. When I got home from the park I had to take a well needed nap :) Then I had a great phone call, got ready, showered, headed to the golf course and continued on my call while driving there :D !
Photo of a Banana Spider.

I just got home from playing 9 holes at Madison Green Golf Club. Interesting track in good condition!
Highlights of the day was the chip-in bird on hole 6 and the bird on hole 8!

I think we're (J&J) gonna go to John Bull English Pub later and tomorrow I'll be driving them down to Miami for their cruise!

Also, new team picture is up now. This will be the one for this year!
Quality could have been better...

My brother Johan and his buddy Jens arrived just before midnight last night.
I went to pick'em up and was really excited to see him again!

I studied for the tests during the evening and went to North Palm Golf CC to hit some balls too! It felt OK and now I just need to go out and make a good score! Qualifier tomorrow at Madison Green!

Had 2 of the test this morning! I had a positive feeling from the test and now I wish for great results.

In between my classes we drove and fixed the rental car!

In the third class, International Finance, we got back the tests that we did Monday. I scored well and it feels like I'm back where I'm used to be (scoring wise)! :D

Time for lunch! Pizza on the plate! I don't know where Johan or Jens are! But I know for sure that they have refilled to fridge with some cold liquids...

Alright!
Listen to this while you're reading :)

Had an awesome workout this morning! It was really though! Elin and I was exhausted by time we were done!

Mike gave us a great workout for the day! We started just after 7am and were done by 8:30am :)

The workout looked like this:
50 Turkish Get Ups
50 Sit ups
50 Back extensions
50 Back Squats with 90lbs weight
50 Push ups
50 Pull ups
50 Push presses
50 Knees to elbow (hanging)

It was awesome!

We flew home in the Krusemobile (my own version of the Batmobile), I had a shower and made a pasta+tuna+egg meal! Great to eat right after a workout!

Then I rushed back to school and had Ecology class, which was pretty interesting, I learn a lot of new things in that class, especially new English words :) I actually "took charge" of the class for a while! I had to clarify what the instructor was talking about since it's pretty hard to understand sometimes. Thanks Matilda for taking the picture :) I have fun with my Swedish classmates!

Now I'm home again. Gonna study for the quizzes that I'll have tomorrow morning and fix a few things before my brother arrives later tonight!

More updates later tonight!

Peace! You Stay Classy World!

Mike is pushing us

Monday Sept. 26

Well, today I had 3 classes and a test during the last class. During the afternoon I was at home, had pizza relaxed for a while, and looked up a few things on my computer. Had a great phone call and it made me really happy :)

Around 7pm I went out for a run. I decided to run 11km, which I did in less than an hour. I started off really slow with a pulse of only 145 and then I slowly increase my tempo on kilometer 4-7. During the last 4 km I tried to push it a little bit and rushed the last 2k and had a pulse around 185-190 during those 2k's.

It felt really good when I was done. I really want to push myself and try to beat my personal best (35.35 mins) on 8K during this fall. I know I can make it!

When I got home, I showered, ate and watched 2 1/2 Men with my roommates. We really like to watch the show and its funny.

After the show I ate some pasta and tuna!

Also, I would like to congratulate both Men's and Women's team to their wins at the Webber tournament! Elrick Van Eck and Danielle Girard won the individuals! Congratulations! I'm really happy and proud to be a teammate of yours!

Now I'm pretty tired and ready to hit the bed! Johan arrives tomorrow night and its 31 days left until Linn gets here :)

Tomorrow I will join Elin on her early workout! It starts at 7 am with the PT at school! Cross-fit here I come!

If you want to go somewhere you've never been before you gotta push yourself to get there!

Peace! You Stay Classy World!

Please leave comments or a note of motivation!
Have had 3 classes today. In the third we had a test in international finance, it felt good and I think I'll get a fairly satisfying grade. Now I'm home and is just about to eat. Pizza time :) my brother will arrive by tomorrow so I stocked up with a 24 pack and a few pizzas for him and his buddy Jens!

Also, both of our golf teams did great during the first day at the Webber tournament. The men's team set a new school record! Awesome guys! Let's hope for a win today!

Home from Gainesville. We're having a calm evening with the roomies :) Here are some pictures from today
 The start of today's race!
 Racing pictures  :)
Keep on going! I think this is on the first of the two laps. Finished with the time of 38 mins and 55 sec. We ran at a really nice golf course that belongs to University of Florida! The course was in great shape and had some "longer" hills that we had to run. The last 1km had 2 uphill slopes and 2 downhill slopes. I gave it all I had and think that I can get down the time to around 36 mins or so to the next race. The winner of this race came from University of Michigan, the finished on the great time of ONLY 24.35! That's an awesome time and I'm really impressed! However, they are runners, I'm a golfer and I'm sure the results would be the opposite if we played a round of golf :) It was a great event and a lot of people showed up! Overall really fun!
We stopped at a gas station. The cops showed up, there was some guy laying down in the gutter.

Saw this funny looking car on our way home. Looked like it had a giant lobster on the roof :) haha
Annelie and Elin made some nice cinnamon rolls! Great! They tasted amazing! Then we played some cards.

Brother arrives in 2 days which is gonna be awesome! Also, it's only 32 days til someone else arrives which I'm really looking forward to :) :D
I'll be heading to be now. It has been a long day with racing, traveling, grocery shopping and relaxing with the roomies!

You stay classy world! Life's awesome! Right?
Myskväll på Palm club village. Bak och kortspel :)
Good bye Gainesville, we're just about to leave here now.
Early morning here in Gainesville. Race starts at 8 am. Getting ready with loads of water.

Helt galen, galen i dig! True colors of life!

Went out for a short run with my new gear. I had to test'em out! The new shoes feels great and the new socks are really good too :)

I had a lot of cottage cheese after my run and now I'm ready to hit the bed!
Only for you!
Nice to hear before hitting the bed!

Yes, I did it my way!

Golf, new shoes and afternoon entertainment!

After my field trip I relaxed for a minute. Then I headed to BallenIsles Golf Club, played 9 holes with Coach! We had a great time and an awesome talk!
 Beautiful Golf Community!
Around 6 Pm Annelie and I headed to Sports Authorities to find new shoes since my awesome cross country Coach wanted to give me a new pair :) Annelie wasn't really sure of what shoes she wanted, she decided to take the pair to the right.
This is what I ended up with :) A new pair of shoes. Had to buy women's shoes since the store didn't carry any men's shoes in size 7. Anyways, I'm happy with my choice. I got 4 pair of socks which are great!

Now we're gonna play some cards and then I'm gonna head out for a run.
Stay Classy world!

Field trip!

I'm sorry to disappoint you, I did not see any gators :( however, I have lots of other picture to show from our exciting field trip.

In case of accident...papers needed to be signed.
My outfit :) I thought I was smart to use plastic bags to cover my feet.
 Our guide!
Fredy, my fellow in our boat!

 Matilda!

 Sarah, another guide!

 Matilda again! Still happy :)

 Henner!
Had somekind of insect on my bag :)

Days passes by! Life is awesome! Right?

End of day. This long Wednesday ended with a class in International Law. It's a really fun class where many of us are laughing during the class. During the break I took this photo, its a story about a Dead Cow and a Vet.
After the class I had a talk to my cross country Coach! He gave me some really good news. I'm getting a few new items tomorrow (which I will show you later). Also, tomorrow I will go on a field trip in the morning and in the afternoon I will go out to BallenIsles Golf Club for practice :) Now it's time to go to bed :) Peace. <3 Life is a lot about lessons.

I always get so excited to have a talk with certain people. You know who you are! <3
Good Night US and Good Morning Sweden!

You want something. Go get it. Period.

You can always sing on this song when you wake up, even if it isn't Monday :)

Tomorrow I'm gonna go canoeing in a part of the Everglades. Our instructor told us we might see some gators! It's gonna be cool even if I'm not a big fan of gators.
As of right now I'm just relaxing, doing some laundry and just had lunch. Finished up a discussion board assignment a minute ago.

Brother arrives in less than a week and the count down has started for someone else to arrive too :)

I'm gonna go shopping during the weekend. Gonna fill up with some liquids of different sorts...any wishes brother Johan?
This song gives me great feelings and memories from Summer back home! And for you non Swedish people I give you a chapter of Swedish for beginners :) Enjoy! :D

Peace people! Stay Classy!

Golfing + more pictures

Went out to Ironhorse to play. It went really good and I'm happy with today's round. Shot even. 2 birds and 2 bogeys, played solid and was never "off track" so to say! :)

Pretty hot outside...on my way to IronhorseMet Tim Turpen at the short game area! Really nice guy who plays on the Minor League Tour! Talked to him for a bit and wish him the best of luck with his game!

Approach shots on No 1. Results - 2 birds! One for Elrick and one for me. Here's No 7, a 230 yard par 3.

Happy smile after the tee shot on No 7. Hybrid to about 20 ft :D
A little baby gator out in the water hazard.

Tee shot on No 12. The ball found the fairway :)

Over and out! Stay Classy World!
